I was an elite athlete for over 20 years. Along with the successes, came many disappointments that I had to overcome. It was these setbacks that fuelled my determination to continue on my path and strive to achieve my goals.
I have always believed that given commitment, discipline and perseverance we can all achieve results of the highest measure. These are the qualities that took me to the Olympic Games.
